Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
To ensure our products arrive in perfect condition, we use Watkins Motorlines, Inc when shipping tables and Chairs. For other items, we use UPS. Should any damage occur to the merchandise while in transit, we send you a replacement right away. Note: The way we package our shipments protects the merchandise very well. Damage is very rare.

Refunds:
Although we try to describe in utmost detail all of our product's features, sometimes an item just won't fit into your décor for one reason or another.  You have 30 days from the day you receive your merchandise to return it. The original purchase price minus the shipping fee to/from will be refunded. Also note, if the merchandise is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve a right to charge a 10% restocking fee. We must charge this restocking fee to cover the costs of repackaging the merchandise in new packaging. We realize that this might make you a bit uncomfortable with your purchase; however you can take comfort in the fact that our return rate for our merchandise is less than 1%. Customers tell us all the time that they always get a lot more than what they paid for and the pictures do our products no justice!  Be sure to read up on all of the unsolicited testimonials we get all the time.

Delivery Times:
We ship most of our items from Miami, Florida.

East Coast:

2-3 Days.

Mid Coast:

3-5 Days.

West Coast:

7-10 Days.

Note: These times are not guaranteed, sometimes the merchandise will get there sooner.

Out of Stock Items:
We carry a large inventory of tables and chairs. However, we do sell out of items. The usual back order time can range anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. If an item is not in stock when you make your order, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Charges:
We have implemented a flat rate (per item) shipping policy.

Most tables cost around $50 to $90 to ship.

Most items ship via UPS. The tables and chairs ship via Watkins Motorlines. Some tables ARE UPS shipable.  The chairs will arrive to your home fully assembled, therefore, they must be shipped via a Freight Trucking company. Some of the chairs we offer are knockdown meaning they ship unassembled. Check product descriptions.

If your item ships via Watkins Motorlines, the delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery time frame.

What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside delivery means that the delivery company will deliver the goods to your home but will not bring them inside your home. Our chairs weight about 25 lb each and our tables tend to weight less than 70lbs. So one average sized man should be able to bring the goods into your home. Personally, I don't recommend you opt for inside delivery, unless you are simply not capable of moving/pushing around any boxes.

What is Inside Delivery?
With the inside delivery service, the trucking company will place the goods in your garage and nothing more. They will not setup or take away trash. They will simply unload it off the truck and place it  in your garage or basement.
